This getaway provided the perfect opportunity to recharge, reconnect, and refocus on our mission: bringing uniquely designed, high-quality silk creations to the world.

Day 1: Brainstorming & Bonding
The retreat began productively with an open brainstorming session. Team members freely discussed recent challenges, including internal processes, client communication, and how to enhance efficiency and better meet customer needs. This valuable exchange helped everyone gain a clearer understanding of client expectations and how to align production capabilities to minimize dissatisfaction.

After the insightful discussions, the team shifted gears to prepare a communal dinner. Everyone contributed their culinary skills, and within two hours, a fantastic feast of 15 homemade dishes was ready! The shared meal fostered camaraderie, followed by an evening of singing (KTV) and barbecuing under the stars, deepening team bonds through laughter and shared enjoyment.

Day 2: Thrills & Rejuvenation
Adventure awaited on the second day with an exhilarating high-altitude river rafting experience. Under clear blue skies, the team navigated cool mountain waters, punctuating the scenic journey with joyful screams – a perfect way to release stress and wash away everyday worries! The return journey was quiet, with many catching up on rest, but the shared joy remained with everyone.
